We held a security conference at this hotel in September 2013. While the staff on site were very helpful, we had a lot of trouble working with the hotel from the time we inquired about using the venue through contract and event planning. The meeting rooms were nice enough, but the guest rooms left a lot to be desired. My room in particular was dirty - the hair dryer was so dirty and gross that I had to wrap the handle with a towel in order to use it. If you plan a meeting here, take a deep breath and be prepared to be patient with the sales and events staff during the planning process. Once you are on site, they go out of their way to help but I'm not sure it makes up for the hassles prior to the event.
